The contract involves the refurbishment of control arms for the GTK Boxer vehicle system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived from past values, estimated requirements, and any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarised in the relevant lot. This contract does not oblige the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
