Creation of a dynamic procurement system for Széchenyi István University, titled "Procurement of IT Equipment 2026-28". The Invitation to Tender in the Procurement Documents outlines the planned product categories and characteristics, for which the procurement of IT products and services through a DBR is desired. Product category - Small and large capacity printers The Invitation to Tender reserves the right, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, to determine, during the implementation of the DBR, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders, the possibility of submitting a sub-tender for the specific procurement needs contained therein - depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements - in the call for tenders based on the above information. Furthermore, not only the device but also the related service can be procured, or the product can be procured without the related service. By related service, the Invitation to Tender particularly means delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, basic training and maintenance during the warranty period. The estimated value of these services is also part of the estimated value of the procedure, which the documentation clearly records. The Invitation to Tender cannot yet numerically define in the participation phase how many units of which device it wishes to procure in the second part of the procedure. However, the Invitation to Tender records that in the tendering phase, devices can be procured in any permutation and quantity from the listed product categories.
