Netherlands – Occupational clothing, special workwear and accessories – Uniformkleding RET Exploitatie

Staff, approximately 1850 staff, who have direct contact with our passengers, receive a uniform clothing starter pack upon commencement of their contract, the composition of which depends on the role, and then an annual budget in points to order replacement clothing. The Contractor is responsible for the complete execution of the uniform clothing provision within RET Operations, including at least:

• Organising and conducting fittings at RET locations

• Recording and managing relevant personnel data, budgets and orders

• Producing clothing items in the required quantities, of the correct quality and sizes

• Managing the logistical challenges related to the produced clothing items

• Delivering the produced clothing items to the home addresses of RET staff

• Handling complaints and processing returned clothing

• Collecting and recycling worn clothing

• Invoicing correctly (per staff member)

• Advising on uniform clothing to implement improvements
