Austria – Carpentry installation work – Pensionsversicherungsanstalt - Mietzinshäuser Wien - Objektsanierungen - Tischlerarbeiten (Rahmenvereinbarung)

For the rental properties owned by the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) and managed by its own property management in Vienna's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 18th and 19th districts, ongoing renovations (mostly apartments, but occasionally commercial spaces) are currently being implemented as needed, separately for each renovation, refurbishment, adaptation, etc., by various external companies through calls from existing framework agreements.

Since the framework agreement and the related services for the joinery trade in connection with these property renovations for all rental properties in Vienna will expire in spring 2027, a new framework agreement (with 3 framework partners) is now being tendered for approximately 3 1/2 years (with a 2-year extension option).

The joinery trade services to be tendered include, among others, floors, doors, windows, window sills, furnishings, kitchens, etc.
