Denmark – Foul-water piping construction work – Udførelse af afskærende spildevandsledninger i Hedensted (Løsning-Daugård)

The contract involves the establishment of sewage pipelines west of Hedensted. In the execution of the contract, the pipelines shall be established by excavation, as well as by controlled drilling and microtunneling under the railway. The contract includes, in large part, the following:

• Establishment of approx. 4,900 m Ø355 PE sewer pipelines by excavation.

• Establishment of approx. 1,900 m Ø160-Ø355 PE pipelines by controlled drilling.

• Establishment of 48 m Ø1099 GRP carrier pipe by microtunneling under the railway.

• Establishment of 2 Ø355 PE sewer pipelines in 48 m Ø1099 GRP carrier pipe

• Establishment of launch and reception pits as tight shafts for microtunneling

• Establishment of 12 Ø1250-1500 mm concrete manholes

• Re-establishment
