The subject of the contract is to ensure computing and storage capacity and to provide comprehensive management of IT infrastructure as a service, taking into account the principles of the "pay-per-use" model (payment for actual use), including the preparation of an analysis and design of the technical solution, provision of the necessary hardware and software, installation of the first module, possible expansion of capacity with additional modules, migration, training, operation of the Service Desk, monitoring, maintenance and support according to SLA.
