We have had a framework agreement for the supply of standard software licences for some time, which expires in November 2026. To ensure that we can continue to acquire software licences in a lawful and efficient manner for the coming years, the aforementioned agreement is being re-tendered. We are looking for a supplier (reseller) who can provide standard software licences and related services (according to the requirements as stated in the attached Programme of Requirements). This supplier must provide independent, appropriate and qualitative advice that is in our best interest. See Tender Documents. The estimated value of the contract is €260,000 (excl. VAT) per year. The total estimated value over the maximum duration of four (4) years is €1,040,000 (excl. VAT). In the event that we exceed 200% above the total contract value estimated above, a new tender will be set up. The maximum purchase under the Framework Agreement is therefore €2,080,000 (excl. VAT).
