Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg powiatowych na terenie powiatu karkonoskiego w sezonie 2026/2027

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to comprehensive winter maintenance of county roads in the Karkonoski County area for the 2026/2027 winter season. 2. The subject of the contract includes 5 (five) separate parts: 1) Part I – involving the implementation of winter maintenance of county roads in the area of the municipality of Podgórzyn; 2) Part II – involving the implementation of winter maintenance of county roads in the area of the municipality of Janowice Wielkie; 3) Part III – involving the implementation of winter maintenance of county roads in the area of the municipality of Jeżów Sudecki; 4) Part IV – involving the implementation of winter maintenance of county roads in the area of the municipality of Mysłakowice; 5) Part V – involving the implementation of winter maintenance of county roads in the area of the city municipality of Kowary. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as guidelines regarding the method of service provision, and a list of county road sections subject to winter maintenance, have been specified in the Subject of the Contract Description (for all parts of the contract collectively), constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification of Contract Conditions. 4. The rules for the implementation of the contract have been specified in the Draft Contract, constituting: Annex No. 4a to SWZ (in the scope of Part I of the contract), Annex No. 4b to SWZ (in the scope of Part II of the contract), Annex No. 4c to SWZ (in the scope of Part III of the contract), Annex No. 4d to SWZ (in the scope of Part IV of the contract), Annex No. 4e to SWZ (in the scope of Part V of the contract). 5. The selected Contractor, during the contract period, in the scope of a given part of the contract, is obliged to have civil liability insurance in the scope of the conducted activity related to the subject of the contract, in particular covering winter road maintenance, in the amount of at least: 1) 350 000,00 zł – in the case of contract implementation in the scope of Part I of the contract; 2) 200 000,00 zł – in the case of contract implementation in the scope of Part II of the contract; 3) 300 000,00 zł – in the case of contract implementation in the scope of Part III of the contract; 4) 250 000,00 zł – in the case of contract implementation in the scope of Part IV of the contract; 5) 80 000,00 zł – in the case of contract implementation in the scope of Part V of the contract. NOTE: In the case of awarding the Contractor a contract for more than one part – the requirement for the minimum amount of the guaranteed sum of the civil liability insurance held in the scope of individual parts of the contract is cumulative.
