This contract concerns the design of a landscaped park on the site known as “des Locomotives”, located behind the station of Ath, including the aforementioned programme elements. It is a global and integrated contract, covering the mission from design to execution monitoring, reception and guarantee follow-up. The project author's mission includes all ordinary services, including services in the fields of design, stability, infrastructure and signage design. The contractor is responsible for the overall coordination of the tasks. In this capacity, he is the guarantor of the project's coherence at the architectural, landscape, technical, performance and financial levels.
