By this Invitation to Tender, the University of Luxembourg aims to conclude a Framework Agreement, set for two (2) years, renewable two (2) times one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on notice, in order to retain a contractor without retendering, recognised for its expertise in the operation and maintenance of the technical installations of the University of Luxembourg campuses. The framework agreement comprises a single lot grouping the following domains: • HVAC / Sanitary and Plumbing; • Electrical; • Technical Architecture / Carpentry; • Fire Detection, Smoke Extraction, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, Parking Barriers.
