The present notice is for the conclusion of agreements with pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed solely at pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV in conjunction with Section 119 (3) GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join rebate agreements with fixed and non-negotiable conditions, including the level of the rebate. There can be an unlimited number of pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act as contracting parties.
