The subject of the Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement and subsequently, in accordance with the provisions of § 131 of the Act, the definition of the conditions under which individual sub-contracts for the repair and maintenance of the tracked undercarriage of the 120 mm PRAM weapon system type T815-7 8x8 ZČ PRAM, including its groups, subgroups or component assemblies, listed in Annex 1 of the framework agreement, will be awarded.
