Poland – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – Dostawa fabrycznie nowych pojemników plastikowych na odpady

The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery of factory-new plastic waste containers: − in brown colour with a flat lid of 120 dm3 capacity 400 units; − in anthracite colour with a flat lid of 120 dm3 capacity 200 units; − in yellow colour with a flat lid of 120 dm3 capacity 200 units; − in green colour with a flat lid of 120 dm3 capacity 800 units; − in brown colour with a flat lid of 240 dm3 capacity 250 units; − in anthracite colour with a flat lid of 240 dm3 capacity 400 units; − in yellow colour with a flat lid of 240 dm3 capacity 300 units; − in anthracite colour with a flat lid of 770 dm3 capacity 350 units; − in blue colour with a flat lid of 770 dm3 capacity 200 units; − in yellow colour with a flat lid of 770 dm3 capacity 200 units; − in anthracite colour with a flat lid of 1100 dm3 capacity 500 units; − in blue colour with a flat lid of 1100 dm3 capacity 300 units; − in yellow colour with a flat lid of 1100 dm3 capacity 300 units. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in annex no. 1a) – 1d) to the SWZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: Baza Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Oczyszczania Spółka z o.o., ul. Nowohuckiej 1, 31-580 Kraków. 3. Quality guarantee: The minimum required warranty period for plastic containers – min. 48 months from the date of purchase (date of the acceptance protocol). The warranty period is equal to the quality warranty period granted. 4. Equivalence: In the event that the Purchaser in the SWZ referred to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific Contractor, the Purchaser allows the offering of equivalent products and solutions, provided that they ensure the achievement of technical parameters not worse than those specified in the SWZ, while maintaining the same technical, technological and quality standards. The proof of equivalence lies with the Contractor. In the event that the Contractor intends to use equivalent materials, products other than those specified in the SWZ, he should attach to the offer a list containing the materials included in the SWZ and indicate their equivalents (names of the materials proposed in the offer) along with the inclusion of characteristics and documents confirming the equivalence of the proposed materials. The indication by the Purchaser of trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific Contractor is intended only to approximate the requirements, which could not be described using sufficiently precise and understandable terms. Whenever such information is indicated in the SWZ, it should be assumed that the formulation "or equivalent" has been used in relation to it. The criterion for recognising or not recognising by the Purchaser the equivalence of the offered product in relation to the product indicated in the description of the subject of the contract is the essential features of the product described in the SWZ. In the event that the Purchaser used in the SWZ a reference to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, such references should be understood as exemplary, and the Purchaser allows in each case the application of solutions equivalent to those described in the content of the SWZ in the scope of features and requirements, as mentioned above. 5. Deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract: successively within 12 months from the date of signing the Contract - with the reservation of changes provided for in the contract project constituting annex no. 2 to the SWZ.
