To develop logistics in the various Health Centres of the Cáceres Health Area, it is necessary to provide a transport service. This includes, among other things, the transport of all types of material between hospitals, bearing in mind that there are no duplicate services in the hospitals, so it is necessary to transport biological samples, medicines, vaccines, electromedical equipment and furniture. Similarly, this contract also covers the transport of sterilisation material from the University Hospital of Cáceres to the Hospital San Pedro de Alcántara, as well as the transport of medical material from the University Hospital of Cáceres Warehouse to the various units of the Hospital San Pedro de Alcántara. It also includes, among the needs to be met, the transport from the University Hospital of Cáceres Warehouse to the various Health Centres of medical material, furniture and electromedical equipment. Similarly, it comprises the transport of pharmaceutical products from the Primary Care Pharmacy Service and vaccines and/or medicines from the Health Directorate to the Centres dependent on the Cáceres Health Area and the rest of the material necessary for the functioning of these centres.
