Project Description

At Realschule Peißenberg, an aging interim building is to be demolished. The resulting gaps and the additional space required due to increased student numbers will be created through an extension building. Realschule Peißenberg is located on a school campus together with Josef-Zerhoch-Grundschule and Josef-Zerhoch-Mittelschule. The latter two schools are owned by the Marktgemeinde Peißenberg. Adjacent to the schools are the Wörth-Turnhalle, the Glückauf-Sporthalle, the sports facility of TSV Peißenberg and the ice rink. Realschule Peißenberg consists of three interconnected building sections A, B and C from the years 1950 to 1997. In sections A, B and C, some specialist rooms have been renovated in recent years and fire protection measures have been carried out, including the installation of fire protection ceilings and doors. As part of phase 0, workshops were held with representatives of the budget holder and teachers to develop an educational concept. The result is a desire for a modern teaching method as a learning landscape, with cluster solutions in different configurations for grades 5 to 8 and 9 to 10. Not only the Landkreis-Realschule has a space requirement, but also the Mittelschule of the Marktgemeinde. In phase 0, it was developed as a solution that the four missing classrooms (equivalent to one cluster / learning house) will be integrated into the extension of the Realschule. The construction work must be carried out during ongoing school operations. Based on cost indicators, construction costs of approximately 8.9 million € gross (cost groups 300+400, DIN 276) are currently estimated. The (provisional) temporal milestones for implementation are planned as follows:

- Start of basic services: early December 2026

- Start of construction: no later than Q1 2028

- Completion / start of use: no later than early 2029

It is intended to award the following services (in stages) with this invitation to tender: Services of the technical equipment, equipment groups 4, 5 and 6, performance phases 1-3, 5-9 according to §§ 55 ff. HOAI. Initially, in the 1st order stage, performance phases 1 and 2 according to § 55 HOAI will be ordered. The further performance phases (here: Lph. 3-9) will be called up in stages. There is no legal claim to a total order.
