France – Hotel accommodation services – Services hôtelier pour le service hébergement urgence_Lot 02 Résidence hôtelière

This tender procedure aims to provide accommodation for persons taken in charge by the emergency accommodation service of the CCAS of Grenoble. The accommodation includes information on availability, provision of hotel nights for persons in a situation of exclusion, as well as a reception service. This is more specifically the relaunch of Lot 02: Hotel Residences. This lot is multi-awarded, several contractors will be designated and will be awarded purchase orders as needed according to the modalities defined in the CCAP to meet the numerous and simultaneous demands of the CCAS. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amount is 800 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals) as well as all renewal periods.
