France – Urban planning services – REVISION GENERALE DU PLAN LOCAL D'URBANISME INTERCOMMUNAL ET DU PLAN CLIMAT AIR ENERGIE TERRITORIAL D'ERDRE ET GESVRES

The Intercommunal Local Urbanism Plan (PLUi) of the Communauté de Communes Erdre et Gesvres, approved on 18 December 2019, is the first urban planning document at the intercommunal level. It reflects the political vision for the territory up to 2030. Since its adoption, it has undergone several amendments, notably to meet the needs related to projects. The Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) of the CCEG was approved on 18 December 2019, for a regulatory period of 6 years. It is a planning tool, both strategic and operational, that addresses the entire air-energy-climate issue in the intercommunal territory. The revision of the Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) of the Communauté de Communes Erdre et Gesvres, was prescribed on 25 June 2025.
