The Stadt- und Überlandwerke GmbH Luckau-Lübbenau (SÜLL) is active in the fields of electricity, natural gas and district heating supply. In the areas of electricity and natural gas supply, SÜLL operates as a network operator, metering service provider and trader within the corporate group. As the sole supplier of district heating in Lübbenau, SÜLL generates heat and power for the Luckau-Lübbenau region, among other things, using combined heat and power (CHP) in an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient manner. As part of its heat transformation plan, SÜLL is promoting the expansion and decarbonisation of its district heating supply. A key component is the development of sustainable heat sources. A data centre with significant cooling requirements is currently being built on the site of a former power plant. The waste heat generated there is to be made usable by several large heat pumps and fed into the SÜLL district heating system. For this purpose, SÜLL intends to construct a waste heat large heat pump system including energy centre and thermal storage system. The subject of the present invitation to tender is the comprehensive planning of the energy centre necessary for waste heat utilisation with large heat pumps, plant engineering and plant engineering of the necessary connections. The details of the services invited to tender can be found in the description of services (Annex A) of the respective set of documents per lot. The subject of the contract comprises the planning services in the HOAI phases 5 to 9, divided into three lots. Lot 1: Specialised planning of technical equipment and engineering structure Lot 2: Architectural design (building including open spaces) Lot 3: Structural design Bidders can apply for individual, several or all lots.
