The present tender document aims to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter, DPS) for the procurement of various specialized management IT services and, through it, to regulate the phases into which this process is divided: 1st. Phase of adherence to the DPS: Companies interested in adhering to the DPS will submit an application for participation and the Town Council, if applicable, will admit them. From that moment on, the Town Council must invite all of them to all the tenders of the contracts it will award. 2nd. Phase of tendering for specific contracts: With the companies already admitted, each time the Town Council needs to, it will invite all the companies incorporated in the DPS to submit their offers according to what is indicated in the invitations that will be sent to them by the Town Council.
