Lot 1-2: Contracting authority Stadtwerke Witten GmbH. Civil engineering, pipe and cable works in the supply area of Stadtwerke Witten GmbH for measures in the electricity, gas and water networks up to a calculated external service sum of in total 150 000 EUR - based on the framework contract prices of this lot - per individual overall measure including standby service and fault clearance. Estimated total value under II.1.5) Approx. Net per year (average of the last years plus estimated sum for the increase of the tendering threshold, this can be under- or exceeded.)

List and brief description of the rules and criteria: Any communication regarding the application for participation and the tender is to be conducted via the tendering platform, the applications/offers are to be submitted exclusively via the tendering platform. The required declarations, certificates and statements listed in the conditions of participation 1) to 22.2) must be submitted in German - for foreign applicants, corresponding declarations/evidence from the country of origin in certified German translation, which are comparable to the required ones -. Certificates may be attached as copies. It is reserved to check the accuracy of the self-declarations made by the applicant within the framework of the proof of suitability or the evaluation of suitability by means of the subsequent request for corresponding certificates within a time limit or the accuracy of submitted copies of certificates by means of the presentation of the original certificates in question. For this purpose, a separate written request from the contracting entity or the contracting authority will be sent to the applicant in question within the procedure. If the required certificates are not issued by the relevant Member State, these can be replaced by an affidavit, which a duly authorised representative of the company submits to a court or administrative authority, a notary or a professional body responsible for the country of origin or the Member State of origin. A certificate is considered current if it was issued less than one year ago (based on the deadline for the receipt of applications for participation). In the case of consortia of applicants, the declarations and certificates must be submitted by all members. Since this is a staged procurement procedure, the bill of quantities and the documents required therein are to be submitted by the applicants who are invited to submit an offer only after the completed participation competition.
