The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, software, licences and a server environment, including implementation. The scope of supply includes the delivery of:

• Computer type 1 – All-in-One (312 units)

• Computer type 2 – desktop computer (6 units)

• Mobile computer – type 1 (18 units)

• Mobile computer – type 2 (10 units)

• Network switch (2 units)

• Disk array (1 unit)

• Servers (3 units)

• Document scanner for the EZD-RP system (15 units)

• Barcode printer for the EZD-RP system (15 units)

• Barcode reader with stand for the EZD-RP system (15 units)

• Microsoft 365 office software for a 12-month period or an equivalent solution (273 licences)

• ESET Endpoint Antivirus software (for two educational units - schools) – (72 licences)

• Licence extension: Veeam Data Platform Essentials Universal Subscription License. Includes Enterprise Plus Edition features. 1 Year Subscription Upfront Billing & Production (24/7) Support | 1 unit (5 instances)

• Implementation of a backup server environment
