Netherlands – Social work services without accommodation – Inburgering: Warm Welkom, Maatschappelijk Begeleiding en Participatieverklaringstraject

This contract aims for a successful integration of new immigrants. Warm Welcome focuses on the initial reception and guidance immediately after housing in the municipality, so that new immigrants can quickly find their way to facilities and start their integration. Social guidance focuses on supporting new immigrants in increasing their self-reliance, managing practical matters, and promoting participation in Dutch society. The Participation Declaration Trajectory (PVT) aims to acquaint new immigrants with Dutch society, the core values of the Dutch legal system, Dutch norms and values, and the rules of society, after which they sign the participation declaration. This contract is divided into two lots: • Contract 1A: young adults (18 to and including 26 years) • Contract 1B: adults (27+).
