The objective of this procurement is to select and contract one (1) Contractor responsible for supplying licences and/or usage rights and providing services in the field of software for the municipality of Midden-Delfland. Framework agreement for the supply of standard software, licences and associated services for the municipality of Midden-Delfland. The scope is determined by the actual needs of the municipality during the contract period.
