The subject of the public contract is the provision of services that include comprehensive management of the take-over, administration, maintenance, support, operational provision and further development of the information systems of the Office of the Public Defender of Rights (KIS), including related analytical, consultancy, development, testing, implementation, security, documentation and coordination activities. Furthermore, ensuring the continuity of KIS operations, resolving incidents and requests from the contracting authority, implementing necessary changes and optimizations, ensuring the operational and security stability of the system, managing technological dependencies, release/change management, database migrations, updating operational documentation and cooperation in the takeover and possible termination of service provision (exit).
