Denmark – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork – Udbud af rammeaftale om etablering og udvidelse af regnvandsbassiner omkring Herfølge

The present procurement concerns the establishment and expansion of a number of existing rainwater basins around Herfølge, including associated sewer pipes, as part of the urban development of Herfølge Bjergby. The present task is offered as a framework agreement based on the sub-project "Moseholmene" and the Contracting Authority's current draft planning basis for the expected construction work in connection with the urban development. As the individual sub-projects obtain approval and are cleared for execution, specific sub-contracts may be entered into within the framework agreement's term. Sub-contracts will be entered into on the basis of the framework agreement's terms and within the framework agreement's total estimated and maximum value, as stated in the tender notice. The framework agreement may only be used for works, which by their nature, purpose, and geographical/functional context, fall within the described task of establishing, renovating, and expanding rainwater basins with associated sewer pipes around Herfølge. The framework agreement may not be used for works, which by their nature constitute a different procurement than the one tendered. The framework agreement has a term of 4 years from the date of contract award between the Contracting Authority and the winning tenderer. Sub-contracts must be entered into within the framework agreement's term, but sub-contracts entered into within the framework agreement's term may have effect and be executed after the framework agreement's expiry, to the extent this follows from the relevant sub-contract and does not involve a circumvention of the procurement rules.
