Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of works related to steel road safety barriers SP-06/4, including, depending on the location indicated by the Contracting Authority: - the dismantling of existing barriers and the supply and installation of new steel barriers SP-06/4, or - the height adjustment of existing steel barriers SP-06/4 without their replacement. The specific locations and lengths of the sections designated for replacement and height adjustment will be determined in the scope of the works or indicated by the Contracting Authority. 2. The scope of the contract includes: - securing and signposting the work site; - dismantling the existing barrier, including: guide rails, posts, crossbars, supports, profile strips, joining elements, reflective elements, initial and final elements, if present; - loading the dismantled elements; - transporting the dismantled material to a location indicated by the Contracting Authority; - unloading and orderly stacking of the dismantled elements; - supplying factory-new complete barriers SP-06/4; - marking the barrier route; - installing new posts; - installing guide rails, crossbars, supports, profile strips and joining elements; - installing initial and final elements; - installing new reflective elements U-1c; - adjusting the barrier route in plan and profile; - tidying the site upon completion of the works. The detailed scope of delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with installation has been specified in the attached Subject of the Contract Description (SCD), which is an annex to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obligated to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the installations covered by the contract, based on the temporary traffic organisation project (for the duration of the installations) provided by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the applicable regulations and approved by the Road Traffic Manager for provincial roads. 4. The Contractor is responsible for signing the works during their execution. 5. The Contractor will attach to the acceptance protocol for all items: a) Product warranty, b) Technical approval or national technical assessment, issued by an authorised entity along with a declaration of usability. 6. The subject of the contract has been described in accordance with art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act. The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the subject evidence referred to in art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent. 7. An equivalent solution will be considered an offer for the supply of marking elements made using technology, materials and equipment other than those specified in the subject of the contract, provided that their parameters are not worse than those specified in the subject of the contract. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Contracting Authority has waived the division of the contract into parts due to the small scope of delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with installation. Dividing into smaller deliveries of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with installation would in fact make it impossible to coordinate the proper execution of deliveries of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with installation and to ensure safety in road traffic.
