Belgium – Operating tables – Mobiele operatietafels en toebehoren

Through this tender, the hospital VITAZ vzw intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and installation of approximately 40 mobile operating tables for the OK departments in various campuses within VITAZ. The campuses involved are Sint-Niklaas (Moeland and Hospitaal), Beveren and Lokeren. The offered equipment must be state-of-the-art, equipped with all modern features applicable in a contemporary OK environment. The tender also includes the removal and disposal of the current operating tables. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a maintenance contract for the purchased equipment after the warranty period, which can be extended as long as the equipment is in use by the contracting authority. The delivery is considered a performance obligation, which includes all possible associated costs and the control of quality and operational safety in all details. The mentioned quantities are to be considered as estimated quantities. The contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from these, without this giving rise to any price adjustment or claim for compensation from the contractor. The orders in the framework agreement will take place over a period of 4 (four) years. During the four-year period, a number of tables will be ordered on demand in phases to replace outdated and/or defective operating tables.
