France – Architectural services for buildings – Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la requalification du bâtiment "Hôtel Montfort Communauté"

Design and Works Services for the refurbishment of the "Hôtel Montfort Communauté" building. The project aims to:

- Carry out structural repairs and renovate the central block of the building while respecting the site's heritage constraints (rubble masonry, perimeter of historic monument surroundings);

- Undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the building (rationalisation of occupancy, clarification of flows around public-facing services, lateral extension, improvement of energy performance, bringing up to standard,…)

- Manage the operation on an occupied site, ensuring the continuity of public services and radio broadcasts throughout the duration of the works.

The services include basic tasks and additional tasks. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is 1 800 000 €ht (September 2026 value). The estimated start date for the services is March 2027.
