Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenów i obiektów zarządzanych przez Głogowskie Obiekty Usługowe w Głogowie”.

Subject of the contract. 1) Services related to the collection of mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01), biowaste (code 20 02 01), and packaging municipal waste (codes 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 07), management, and transfer to the facility indicated in the offer. Waste collection will be carried out at the following locations in Głogów: a) market at ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego, b) market at ul. Kazimierza Sprawiedliwego, c) market at ul. Saturna, d) market at ul. Armii Krajowej, e) Odrzańskie Centrum Przyrodniczo-Rekreacyjne „Neptun” ul. Piotra Skargi 31 a, f) Marina ul. Obozowa. 2) Delivery of appropriate containers for the collection of municipal waste (mixed municipal and selectively collected) a) 240 l bin - 9 units, b) 60 l bin - 21 units, c) 1100 l cart - 8 units, d) 5.5 m3 container - 1 unit, e) 7-10 m3 container - 6 units, f) BigBag for the selective collection of waste, being the property of the Contractor, for paper - 5 units, for plastics - 4 units. 3) Service delivery schedule – according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The frequency of waste collection specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ as "on request" means that the collection and management of a given waste fraction will be carried out based on the notification of the Contracting Authority, submitted by telephone or via email, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Notifications will be accepted on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 and 14:00. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service within the timeframe resulting from the above notification. 4) Cleaning and disinfection of containers: The service of cleaning and disinfecting containers with a capacity of up to 1.10 m³ will be performed as part of the services provided 3 times a year at a previously agreed date, with a minimum of 5 working days' notice before the service is performed. Additional cleaning of containers with a capacity of up to 1.10 m³ may be ordered by the Contracting Authority and will be settled according to the Contractor's current price list. The container cleaning service may be performed if there are appropriate weather conditions allowing the cleaning equipment to operate (excluding the winter period). NOTE: By submitting an offer, the Contractor undertakes to execute the contract as described in the SWZ. All documents describing the subject of the contract (including the annexes to the SWZ) should be treated as mutually complementary and explanatory in the sense that in the event of any ambiguity or lack of clarity, the Contractor may not limit either the scope of its obligation or the scope of due diligence in performing its obligations arising from the public contract. 5) The Contractor is obliged to meet the requirements specified in the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality (Journal of Laws 2025 item 733 as amended).
