Poland – Building completion work – Modernizacja modułów mieszkalnych w Domach Studenckich Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego Kredka i Ołówek wraz z dostosowaniem budynków do obowiązujących przepisów przeciwpożarowych

The subject of the contract is the modernisation of residential modules in the Kredka and Ołówek Student Houses of the University of Wrocław, along with the adaptation of the buildings to the applicable fire safety regulations. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract along with the technical documentation. This is a compressed file with the .zip extension, which contains the files constituting the description of the subject of the contract. 3. The projected terms of the contract for the public procurement have been defined in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Projected Terms of the Contract with annexes. 4. The works will be carried out in stages in the active student houses, while maintaining the continuity of the operation of the facilities and taking into account the presence of residents. 5. The contractor will be obliged to have the required insurance related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, as specified in Section VII of the SWZ, for the entire period of the contract's implementation.
