Subject of the contract: Supply of medical equipment: Project co-financed under the Programme „Modernisation and Reconstruction of the Operating Block of the Cardiosurgery Department”, co-financed from the state budget under Part 46 – Health: Task 1 – Counterpulsation pump Task 2 – Respirator Task 3 – Transport respirator Task 4 – Portable X-ray machine Task 5 – Heating and cooling device Task 6 – Ultrasound machine Task 7 – Ultrasound machine Task 8 – Pulse oximeter Task 9 – Visualisation tower Task 10 – Surgical lamp The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The parts of the contract are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 10. The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 10 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks for one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 2b and 5 to the SWZ.
