The subject of the competitive dialogue is the selection of a partner / provider of the required services, in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information set out in the contract. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts: Part A: Provision of operation and support services: Part B: SAP software support. The scope of the contract subject for each part will be defined in view of the progress of the competitive dialogue and may be amended by the Contracting Authority on the basis of technical, economic and/or commercial circumstances. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract (so-called option) by + 12 months in relation to both parts. A more detailed description of the Contracting Authority's needs for the purposes of this competitive dialogue is set out in Appendix 2 of the informative document. Since the subject of the fulfillment will be the maintenance of key software having a direct and immeasurable impact on daily operations, a detailed description of the required services represents confidential information. This information will only be provided to qualified interested parties on the basis of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The Contracting Authority will not publish this document, as it would thereby endanger its own cybersecurity and continuity of operations. The competitive dialogue will be carried out in the following, consecutive steps. 1. Qualification phase 2. Dialogue with interested parties 3. Final tenders 4. Evaluation phase. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract will be submitted to interested parties who will be invited to participate in the competitive dialogue. The scope of the subject of the contract of the individual parts will be further developed and amended within the framework of the competitive dialogue, the aim of which is to find optimal and fair contractual conditions. Within the planned competitive dialogue, there may be amendments, additions or deletions of certain fulfillment requirements / requirements for key experts, depending on the further discussion with interested parties and related considerations of the Contracting Authority, and in particular the availability of financial resources. The planned timeframe for the competitive dialogue from the announcement of the public procurement to the submission of the final tenders is max. 6 months. Start of fulfillment: 1.1.2027 for both parts of the contract.
