Denmark – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – Nedgravede affaldscontainere samt service og vedligeholdelse

The present procurement concerns the award of framework agreements for the delivery of underground waste containers, as well as service and maintenance. AffaldPlus wishes to procure a coherent waste system consisting of fully underground waste containers, which are both installed and emptied using the same method. The fully underground waste containers should only vary in relation to the volume established under the terrain. The waste containers will be used for the collection of household waste in Ringsted Municipality. The procurement also includes service and maintenance of underground waste containers. The services cover both the already existing underground waste containers and the underground waste containers delivered under the framework agreement. The aim is to ensure a uniform and operationally well-functioning solution that supports the ongoing operation and maintenance of the waste system's functionality and lifespan. The framework agreement is divided into 2 separate sub-agreements:

o Sub-agreement 1: Delivery of underground waste containers

o Sub-agreement 2: Service and maintenance of underground waste containers

Each sub-agreement is a framework agreement and will be awarded to one supplier. Reference is made to the rest of the tender material for a more detailed description of AffaldPlus' requirements for the underground containers as well as service and maintenance. The total estimated value of the two framework agreements amounts to 7.900.000 DKK excl. VAT, while the total maximum value amounts to 10.500.000 DKK excl. VAT.

Sub-agreement 1 – Delivery of underground waste containers

Estimated value: 4.600.000 DKK excl. VAT. Maximum value: 6.000.000 DKK excl. VAT.

Sub-agreement 2 – Service and maintenance of underground waste containers

Estimated value: 3.300.000 DKK excl. VAT. Maximum value: 4.500.000 DKK excl. VAT.
