The present consultation concerns the rehabilitation and residentialisation of the Résidence « Les Sagnes » - 27 Avenue Giscard D'Estaing 06200 NICE, totalling 189 dwellings, distributed across 3 buildings. The present contract is awarded according to the open procedure for competitive bidding, in accordance with Articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code and Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to 5 and R. 2172-2 5° of the Public Procurement Code. Economic operators have been expressly informed that the buyer has decided to use the open procedure for competitive bidding, which does not allow for negotiation, and therefore that the tender submitted cannot be improved during the procedure. Operators have been invited to submit their best offer. The work operation is broken down into 5 lots, it being specified that the present consultation only concerns lot no. 5 relating to the outdoor spaces, the first 4 having already been the subject of a prior procedure and have been awarded.
