The service includes financing the procurement of tangible assets required for the activities of Javno podjetje Snaga, d. o. o., particularly for the procurement of municipal vehicles and related equipment. The following vehicles are planned for procurement: – New three-axle municipal vehicle cat. N3 - sweeper – New three-axle municipal vehicle cat. N3 - rotating brush – Towable sweeper with lift – Self-loading vehicle with lift – New trailer category O4 for transporting containers – Electric vehicle N1. Financial leasing includes financing the procurement of tangible assets by the service provider of financial leasing, whereby the lessor acquires ownership rights to the leased item for the duration of the contractual relationship. Upon expiry of the contractual period, ownership rights transfer to the contracting authority, in accordance with the conditions set out in the individual financial leasing agreement.
