The present consultation aims to select the economic operator or group of economic operators with whom a framework agreement will be concluded and who may submit tenders for the so-called "subsequent" contracts concluded on the basis of this single-award framework agreement, to be awarded for design services within the framework of the renovation of the historical pavilions Gavrinis (P1-P4-P5) and Berder (P7-P9) on the site of Vannes of the Centre hospitalier Bretagne Atlantique. A programmatic summary note, as well as the guide plan and a presentation diagram of the Real Estate and Architectural Master Plan, are included in the consultation dossier for economic operators – Candidacy Phase. Estimated start date of services: 6 July 2026.
