Czechia – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – Provádění servisu a oprav motorových vozidel (nákladní, busy, mikrobusy) na období 2026–2029

The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of service and repairs (hereinafter referred to as "service") for 339 vehicles – official means of transport (hereinafter referred to as "OMT") at the provider's workplaces. Specifically, these types of OMT are involved: •Light goods vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes •Heavy goods vehicle over 3.5 tonnes •Bus up to 30 passengers •Bus over 30 passengers •Minibus •High-lift truck Comprehensive service means – ensuring regular maintenance work, warranty and post-warranty service in accordance with procedures, rules, warranty conditions and using technical means specified or recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Furthermore, it involves carrying out regular service inspections, repairs after traffic accidents, routine repairs, engine, gearbox and axle repairs and replacements. In a limited number of cases, it involves ensuring and carrying out emission testing and vehicle registration. The provider, if not authorized, is obliged to order and deliver the vehicle to an authorized service for warranty repairs, where the Contracting Authority does not allow any charge for transport or handling during the transfer of the OMT to the authorized service.
