In the framework of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude the works contract for the "Increase in the energy efficiency of the residential tower block in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara county". The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for the "Increase in the energy efficiency of the residential tower block in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara county". Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the works to be carried out are included in the technical documentation and the terms of reference made available by the contracting authority within the open tender, which will be conducted on SEAP. The complexity of the works to be executed is medium, given that energy renovation works will be carried out on multi-family type buildings. The works will target the Tower Block in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Germisara str., block no. P1. The duration of the works contract will be 12 months, not exceeding the date of 30.09.2027. The intermediate stages to be achieved in the execution of the works are 40% by the date of 30.04.2027 and 70% by the date of 30.07.2027. During this time, all categories of works will be executed in accordance with the technical project and the quantity lists. The public works procurement contract does not raise particular aspects during the implementation period. According to the general estimate, an integral part of the PT, the total value of the energy renovation works contract, which is the subject of this procedure, is 1,597,958.38 lei, VAT excluded, of which: Chapter 4 Base investment costs 1,572,085.50 lei of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 1,300,383.22 lei, VAT excluded 4.2 Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 56,802.28 lei, VAT excluded 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly 200,900.00 lei, VAT excluded 4.4 Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring assembly and transport equipment 14,000.00 lei, VAT excluded Chapter 5 - Other costs 5.1 Site organisation 25,872.88 lei, VAT excluded Of the total value, the following amounts will be ensured through the financing contract: Chapter 4 Base investment costs 1,458,323.10 lei of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 1,206,402.56 lei, VAT excluded 4.2 Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 55,720.54 lei, VAT excluded 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly 196,200.00 lei, VAT excluded Chapter 5 - Other costs 5.1 Site organisation 25,872.88 lei, VAT excluded From the local budget, the following co-financing will be ensured: Chapter 4 Base investment costs 112,862.40 lei of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 93,980.66 lei, VAT excluded 4.2 Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 1,817.40 lei, VAT excluded 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly 4,700.00 lei, VAT excluded 4.4 Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring assembly and transport equipment 14,000.00 lei, VAT excluded The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
