Карнобат”

The subject of this contract involves carrying out major repairs to the water supply network and asphalt pavements on the streets of "Lyulin", "Malchika", "Chavdar Voyvoda", "Andrey Penev", "Osvobozhdenie", "Tsaribrod", "Atanas Manchev", "Elin Vrah", "Boris Hadsotirov", "Rayna Knyaginya", "Nikolay Laskov", "Balkhik" and "Khristo Kabakchiev" in the "Krasno Selo" district, Karnobat. The existing water supply network in the "Krasno Selo" district of Karnobat is mostly made of asbestos cement pipes of 80 and 125 mm. The water supply for domestic needs in the "Krasno Selo" district comes from two sources: one is from a pressurized water supply (PWS) located approximately 400 m east of the district, and the other is from a water tower south of the district. The difference in ground elevations in the district is approximately 55 m. Therefore, the water supply is divided into two zones. The existing asbestos cement water pipes are completely worn out, with numerous failures and significant water losses in the network. The water pipes on the streets of the "Krasno Selo" district have not been replaced. After the water supply is replaced, major repairs will be carried out on the asphalt pavement and adjacent sidewalks on all streets. The water supply network in the "Krasno Selo" district is in extremely poor condition. The water pipes are asbestos cement, constructed in the 1970s. In recent years, there have been many failures, leading to significant losses of drinking water. Frequent excavation of asphalt pavements on the streets to repair failures also contributes to their poor condition. The "Krasno Selo" district is located in the highest part of the city, and during the winter months, water leaks on the streets and freezing conditions impede the movement of vehicles and create conditions for road traffic accidents. During the summer months, frequent failures lead to a lack of water in the highest parts of the district. Projects have been developed in the following specialties: Water Supply; Drainage of the Roadway; Road, VOB, Geology and Hydrogeology, Geodesy with tracing plans; Geodesy related to Road, PB, PBZ and PUSO. According to the project, it is planned to repair the water supply network on the streets of "Lyulin", "Malchika", "Chavdar Voyvoda", "Andrey Penev", "Osvobozhdenie", "Tsaribrod", "Atanas Manchev", "Elin Vrah", "Boris Hadsotirov", "Rayna Knyaginya", "Nikolay Laskov", "Balkhik", with a total length of water supply branches of 2903 m. On the streets, which are the subject of the contract, asphalt concrete will be laid and sidewalks will be constructed with a total volume of 21,801.80 sq. m. The object, which is the subject of construction in the current procedure, is included in the Investment Program for Municipal Facilities under the State Budget Act for 2025 (Annex No. 3 to Art. 113, para. 11). Construction and installation works will be carried out in accordance with the Law on the Arrangement of the Territory, the requirements of the Beneficiary and the provisions of the approved investment projects. The types and quantities of SMR are indicated in the Technical Specifications. The object has been issued a Building Permit No. 18/26.02.2024 by the Chief Architect of Karnobat Municipality, which has entered into legal force.
