Poland – Engineering design services – ,,Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania pn.: Zabezpieczenie przeciwerozyjne szlaków zrywkowych - wykonanie przegród drewnianych w leśnictwach Lasek i Czerniawa w ramach projektu „Kompleksowy projekt adaptacji lasów i leśnictwa do zmian klimatu – mała retencja oraz przeciwdziałanie erozji wodnej na terenach górskich –kontynuacja (MRG3)”

3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of preparing project documentation, including obtaining the necessary legal opinions, agreements and administrative decisions, as well as performing the author's supervision over the implementation of the construction works carried out on the basis of the documentation, which is the subject of this contract, for the following tasks:

1) Task name: "Preparation of project documentation together with the performance of the author's supervision for the task entitled: Erosion protection of the starting track - implementation of wooden barriers in the Lasek Forest District within the project „Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)”

2) Task name: "Preparation of project documentation together with the performance of the author's supervision for the task entitled: Erosion protection of starting tracks - implementation of wooden barriers in the Czerniawa Forest District within the project: „Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation” (MRG3)”

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC), which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – Description of the design tasks, Annex No. 2.1.1. - Orientation maps (locations of the objects for which the project documentation is to be prepared as part of the contract), Annex No. 2.2. - Project implementation manual. Guidelines for the implementation of tasks and small retention and water erosion prevention facilities. Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3). PART I. Subject matter. Warsaw 2025. Annex No. 2.3. – Project implementation manual. Guidelines for the implementation of tasks and small retention and water erosion prevention facilities. Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3). PART II. Manual of procedures. Warsaw 2025. Annex No. 2.4. - Guide on the implementation and maintenance of construction facilities in the State Forest Holding State Forests. The prepared project documentation must be in accordance with the principle of "do no significant harm" - the DNSH principle in the sense of Article 17 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, taking into account the specified scope of works and the nature of the investment.

3.3. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts: Part No. 1: "Preparation of project documentation together with the performance of the author's supervision for the task entitled: Erosion protection of the starting track - implementation of wooden barriers in the Lasek Forest District within the project „Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)”. Part No. 2: "Preparation of project documentation together with the performance of the author's supervision for the task entitled: Erosion protection of starting tracks - implementation of wooden barriers in the Czerniawa Forest District within the project: „Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation” (MRG3)”. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts. However, a bid submitted for a given part must cover the entire scope of work specified in the SWZ for that part.

3.4. In Annexes No. 2.1. SWZ and 2.1.1. SWZ, in relation to each part of the contract, the Contracting Authority indicates the location of the objects for which the project documentation will be prepared.

3.5. The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the implementation of two tasks: a) Task No. 1 - preparation of project documentation together with obtaining a valid building permit decision or confirmation from the relevant authority that there are no grounds for objection to the submitted notification of the commencement of construction works not requiring a building permit for the entire scope of the investment task, for which the project documentation should be prepared. As part of Task No. 1, the Contracting Authority envisages the following stages: 1) carrying out a natural inventory, 2) preparing project documentation, which is necessary to submit a complete application for a building permit or notification of the intention to commence construction works not requiring a building permit for the entire scope of the investment task, for which the project documentation should be prepared, 3) obtaining a valid building permit decision or confirmation from the relevant authority that there are no grounds for objection to the submitted notification of the commencement of construction works not requiring a building permit for the entire scope of the investment task, for which the project documentation should be prepared. b) Task No. 2 - performance of the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the project documentation, which is the subject of this contract. As part of the author's supervision, the Contractor is obliged to update the technical project with agreed changes that have arisen during the implementation of the construction works.
