This consultation is launched by the support establishment of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Drôme Ardèche Vercors in accordance with the provisions of Article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. It concerns the Centre Hospitalier Drôme Vivarais. The support establishment of the GHT DAV acts as the contracting authority. The Centre Hospitalier Drôme Vivarais, as a party to the establishment, acts as the project owner. --- The selected design team will be entrusted with the following services: * A basic design mission for the operation comprising the following elements: -Outline Design (APS) -Definitive Design (APD) including administrative authorisations -Project Studies (PRO) -Assistance in awarding the construction contract(s) (ACT) including QUANTITATIVE -Approval of execution studies and synthesis studies (VISA, SYNTHESIS) -Supervision of the execution of the construction contract(s) (DET) -Assistance with reception operations and with the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR-GPA) * The following additional mission elements: -MC1: Diagnostic (DIAG) --- These works include, in particular: The complete redevelopment of the building comprising a basement of 270 m², a ground floor of 284 m² and two floors of 270 m² and 240 m² and its annexes: Cellar 20 m²/Garage 51 m²/Dependency 52 m²
