New procurement of tyres for M3 category mass transit vehicles under a framework agreement. Total quantity (planned): 3964 units/24 months. The contracting authority draws attention to the following in the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree: the reference to a specific branded, sourced, or type of item in the Technical Specification, Pricing Schedule is only for the purpose of clearly and unambiguously defining the subject of the procurement, and the contracting authority will also accept equivalent offers. The details are contained in Annex 1 of the procurement guide (hereinafter: Guide) ("Pricing Schedule", hereinafter Price Schedule) and the technical specification (hereinafter: Technical Specification), which is part of the procurement documents.
