The subject of the procurement is subcontractor services in the scheduled service operated by the contracting authority as the main contractor and permit holder in accordance with § 42 and § 43 PBefG in the road-based public transport in the district of Minden-Lübbecke. The scope of the services to be procured, which forms the basis of the tender, is derived from the service sheets and comprises a total volume of approximately 2,470,000 kilometres per year in Lots 1-10.
