The testing system for proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells consists of a fully integrated assembly, intended for testing, validation, and characterization at the individual cell level and „short-stack” assemblies up to 150 W. The equipment will allow operation under controlled pressure conditions of up to 2 bar, being optimized for the analysis of new materials and the effects of aging in long-term operation mode. The system will be delivered as a complete solution and includes all the subsystems necessary for autonomous and safe operation (automation and control systems, safety system, data acquisition and electrochemical analysis system, electrical measurement systems, process instrumentation for gas control and thermal management, utility interfaces). The system will be designed to interact with test cells through dedicated connections, offering the flexibility of simultaneous monitoring of the working electrode and the counter-electrode, as well as automatic compensation for ohmic losses. Clarification requests deadline. According to art. 160 and art. 161 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, with respect to the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation notice. Number of days by which economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to any clarification request, clearly, completely and unambiguously, 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
