With the aim of transferring the TTB Möckern into a permanent orderly state, a surface sealing system and a gas collection system have been established, so that the gas generated by biological degradation processes can be treated in a compressor and flare system. Currently, a compact degassing plant (container design) is in place, but its contractual commitment is expiring. For this reason, a new compressor and flare system is being tendered through this procurement to ensure stable and environmentally friendly disposal of the gas generated under future degassing conditions. Furthermore, the operation of the entire degassing system at TTB Möckern is to be awarded as part of this procurement.
