France – Meal-preparation services – Fourniture et livraison de repas en liaison froide et de goûters pour les Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement et les structures petite enfance de la Communauté Alès Agglomération

This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of cold meals and snacks for the Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement and early childhood structures of the Communauté Alès Agglomération. For all lots, the candidate must visit all catering sites and, upon completion of the visit, a visit certificate will be issued. This must be included in the offer. Otherwise, the offer will be declared irregular and rejected. The arrangements for the visits are in Article 1.8 of the Consultation Regulations. For both lots, the framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of the first order. It is expressly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years. Prices are fixed and updatable in the first year of execution and reviewable semi-annually in case of renewal. No financial guarantee clause will be applied. In accordance with Article 11 of the CCAG-FCS, Option B is chosen. An advance of 10% will be granted for each order with a value exceeding 50,000 euros (excl. VAT) and where the execution period exceeds 2 months, unless otherwise stated in the engagement act. Market financing: Communauté Alès Agglomération's own funds. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days. Application of default interest (BCE plus 8 points) and a flat-rate fee for collection costs of 40 euros.
