U.M.F.C.D. intends to acquire the services mentioned above in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference, Technical Proposal and the Framework Agreement to be concluded between the parties for 48 months. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications is 18 calendar days until the date of submission of tenders. The contracting authority responds to all clarification requests 11 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
