The present contract concerns a mission of works supervision in relation to the creation of a wood-fired boiler house and the renovation of the site's networks. The programme of the operation includes:

1. The refurbishment of the buried heat networks across the entire site (approximately 1 700ml) (under roads and service ducts), as well as the removal of the old networks and technical trenches

2. The restoration of the drinking water (AEP) supplies, as well as the replacement of the fire hydrants

3. The refurbishment of the EU networks in service ducts according to the survey

4. The conversion of the secondary boiler house into a substation in building S0, with connection to the primary network of the main boiler house G0

5. The replacement of the BMS and the connections to the site's technical installations

6. The adaptation of the technical installations, including, among others, the replacement of the obsolete gas boilers, the upgrade of the new biomass production, the creation of a wood pellet boiler, the adaptation of the hydraulic system, the decentralisation of the domestic hot water (DHW) production for the restaurant I0, the gymnasium A0 and the boarding school F0

7. The bringing up to standard of the accessibility of the service ducts (prevention sheet OPPBTP I2 F 02 12)
