The need report with no. 681/25.06.2026 was drawn up by As. Tarba Raluca as Director of Nursing, Dr. Moldovan Adriana Head of UPU-SMURD, Dr. Trif Lavinia Head of ATI, Dr. Dascalescu Cristian Head of Central Operating Block, Dr. Markovits Mihai Head of Gastroenterology, Dr. Albu Diana - Specialist in Diabetes, Dr. Paziuc Alexandru Cardiovascular Diseases Coordinator, report approved by DFC and approved by the SJUSM Management. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months, with 3 economic operators, without reopening the competition. Frequency CS: annual or as often as necessary, depending on the number of hospitalizations. AC: For each lot in part, the estimated minimum and maximum quantity in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference; CS: For each lot in part, the estimated minimum and maximum quantity in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference; CS: For each lot in part, the estimated minimum and maximum value of a Subsequent Contract in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and Annex to the Procurement Strategy. For each lot in part, the Quantity of the largest Subsequent Contract = maximum quantity over 12 months. The minimum and maximum quantities for the products provided in the present Terms of Reference are estimates and the contracting authority will conclude subsequent contracts with quantities depending on the need and the allocated budget. The deadline by which AC will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information will be the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with art.160 in conjunction with art.161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 days.
