Delivery of food products for Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and the Children's Milk Kitchen in Vidin Municipality for 2026 – 2027, with the following distinct lots: Lot No. 1 – „Delivery of milk and dairy products for the needs of Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and for the Children's Milk Kitchen, Vidin“; Lot No. 2 – „Delivery of meat, meat products, fish and eggs for the needs of Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and for the Children's Milk Kitchen, Vidin“; Lot No. 3 – „Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables for the needs of Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and for the Children's Milk Kitchen, Vidin“; Lot No. 4 – „Delivery of canned fruits and vegetables and packaged food products for the needs of Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and for the Children's Milk Kitchen, Vidin“. Method of executing the public contract – through periodic deliveries in accordance with previously submitted requests to the warehouses of Kindergarten "Slanchev kut" and the Children's Milk Kitchen, located in the territory of Vidin Municipality. The validity period of the contracts for the execution of the present public contract is 1 year, starting from the date of receipt of the order letter or until the allocated funds under the relevant contract for execution are exhausted, whichever occurs earlier. In case the contract period expires but the total value of the Contract has not been exhausted, the parties shall sign an additional agreement pursuant to Article 116, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
